What if AOL Alerts & Reminders doesn't recognise my password?
If you are an AOL Broadband member, contact AOL Broadband Member Services. If you are an AOL Instant Messenger user, get your password resent to you by clicking Forgot Password in AOL Instant Messenger (this option will appear after you enter your password incorrectly).
