If you wish to cancel while you are still in contract, you will be charged £17.00 per month for your AOL Broadband subscription for the remainder of the minimum term. This is payable in a single lump sum on the first billing date after cancellation.

There is no minimum term commitment with AOL Talk. Therefore, you can cancel the AOL Talk Agreement at any time. However, if you cancel AOL Talk but not AOL Broadband, we reserve the right to increase your monthly AOL Broadband price by up to £10 (depending on which AOL Talk call plan you were on). This is because your AOL Broadband Wireless Plus package price is dependent on your continued subscription to AOL Talk. We will contact you separately if this is the case.
