What is my collection date?

Your collection date is the date when AOL will collect this month's billing amount from your bank account, if applicable. This will always occur after your billing date.

Note: If you have changed your payment method to Direct Debit or updated your Direct Debit details in the last month, a new Direct Debit mandate will need to be set up with your bank, which may result in a delay in your next collection.
