What is the Spam folder on AOL Mail?

The Spam folder contains e-mail messages you have reported as spam. There can be a maximum of 250 e-mails in this folder.

Notes:

E-mail deleted from the Spam folder is deleted permanently from the AOL® service.

Visibility of the Spam folder for all Teen and Kids Only accounts will depend on the Parental Controls settings.

E-mail messages in this folder are automatically deleted after 3 days.

To permanently delete all e-mails marked as spam, click the Empty link next to the Spam folder on the left panel.
