What tariff am I on?

You can check your tariff online in Manage your account.

Checking your tariff

To check which tariff you are on, take the following steps:

1. Visit Manage your account* and sign in using your master screen name and password.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click the plus sign next to your account name.
3. Select the service you wish to view your tariff for, for example internet or telephone.
4. Your tariff is displayed under the Summary tab on the right-hand side of the screen.


Notes:

-- If you're not a member of AOL Broadband yet but wish to find out what tariffs are available visit http://myaolbroadband.co.uk.

-- If you are an existing member and wish to find out what other tariffs are available, please visit http://myaolbroadband.co.uk.

*When you access Manage your account for the first time you may be asked to download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player if it is not already installed on your computer. This will take a few minutes to download and install.
