Our Wireless packages are priced depending on where you live. For example, our Wireless package is available to members who live in a 'local loop unbundled' (LLU) area for £14.99 a month, and £19.99 a month to members who live in a non-LLU area.

LLU is the process whereby BT makes its local network (which is the copper wires that run from your home to the telephone exchange) available to other companies.

The reason for the additional charge for our packages in non-LLU areas is because it is more expensive for us to provide broadband through a 'bundled' telephone line.

Currently our LLU pricing is available to around 70% of the UK population.
