Your first month is free of any subscription charges.

However, monthly membership fees are charged in advance - therefore, the fee that you were charged at the end of your first month was actually the next month's membership fee.

For example, if you signed up to your free trial on 16 March, you would have been charged a monthly membership fee on 16 April to cover the period 16 April - 15 May.
