In the Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers, press the ALT key along with the letter listed below. In Safari, press the CTRL or Apple key along with the letter listed below. For example: To write a new email in Internet Explorer, press and hold the ALT key, then press the W key.

Note: In the Quick Actions or Right-Click menu, no Alt key is needed, simply use the letter key.
Limitations of AOL Mail
The new version of the AOL.com service has not yet been optimised for the following:
- members of the disability community
- some non-English languages
- some older operating systems and browsers
