SafeCentral subscriptions will be no longer be offered in European countries effective 1 April 2018. If you have an active subscription, it will be terminated as of 1 April 2018.

When will billing for my SafeCentral subscription end?

You will no longer be billed for your subscription after 1 March 2018.

Will my SafeCentral software be uninstalled from my computer?

No. The software will remain installed on your computer unless you choose to remove it. However, after 1 April 2018 the software and your SafeBrowser will no longer function.

How can I continue to use SafeCentral after 1 April 2018?

If you want to continue using SafeCentral , you can purchase a new plan directly from our product partner. Look out for the email we have sent you, which contains a link to that partner’s site or learn more by going directly to their website.
