On TalkTalk Mail, your folders are displayed in the Folder List box located to the left on the TalkTalk Email window. The list includes six system folders, and any personal folders you create.

About folders

Personal folders are a handy way to organise your emails. You can create folders to store emails by subject, sender, or any other criteria that suits your needs. You can also rename and delete your personal folders.
The six system folders cannot be renamed or deleted. Each system folder has a specific purpose in the Talk Talk Mail system.
